We’re hiring

Wilder Wellness is a mental health group practice providing services in the state of Oregon. Wilder Wellness aims to help our clients build confidence, connection, and trust in the relationship they have with their minds and bodies. Through individual therapy, education, and community Wilder Wellness empowers individuals to define well-being on their own terms so they can lead purposeful, passionate, and adventurous lives.

Wilder’s core values are connection, inclusion, community, and individualized self-care. We are dedicated to living by these values in the way we interact with our clients, our communities, and as a staff. As a company, Wilder Wellness is committed to supporting clinicians in approaching the work in a way that is sustainable. We celebrate our clinician’s hobbies, interests, and creativity and believe in fostering a balance of clinical work and life outside of the therapy chair.

Wilder Wellness is currently seeking Therapist Associates to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for new therapists who desire the freedom to work in a remote, private practice setting while having the perks of being a part of a team, receiving clinical and career coaching, getting support in building a caseload and accepting insurance.

While Wilder has a primary focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image, we are open to working with therapists with a variety of specialties and interests. Applicants must be willing to engage in training if they do not have prior experience in the field of eating disorders, and must be committed to approaching their therapeutic work from a Health at Every Size perspective.
